More fuel. No gut issues

SANTA MADRE UNUSUAL FUEL CARBOHYDRATE DRINK is an advanced formula for athletes requiring exceptionally high carbohydrate availability. It delivers 100g of carbohydrates and 500mg of sodium per 500ml, enabling consumption of over 100g/hour with a 1:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio.

Developed based on experience with ultra-endurance athletes, cyclists maintained intakes above 150g/hour and trail runners above 100g/hour without gastrointestinal distress. The 1:1 ratio maximizes absorption and delays fatigue.

Designed for very long duration competitions and athletes training with high carbohydrate strategies.

Hydration - key to effectiveness:

  • < 15 °C: for every 2 bottles (500 ml) of UNUSUAL FUEL, drink 1 bottle (500 ml) of clean water.
  • 15–25 °C: for every 1 bottle of UNUSUAL FUEL, drink 1 bottle of water.
  • > 25 °C: for every 1 bottle of UNUSUAL FUEL, drink 1.5 bottles of water (≈ 750 ml).
