Kaja Rysz is a professional road cyclist representing the Norwegian team Hitec Products–Fluid Control. She has competed in the world’s biggest races, including Tour de France Femmes and Paris–Roubaix Femmes, and in the 2025 season achieved, among other results, 10th place at Gent–Wevelgem, 4th place on a stage of the Tour de Pologne Women and 7th place in the overall classification of the race. She is also a winner of a UCI 1.1 event.
